- 8” x 8” Periwinkle (or any color) Felt
- 5 silver bells, 9mm in diameter
- Matching thread
- Hand sewing needle
- Craft glue, such as Aileene’s Tacky Glue
- Baker’s twine or other cord
- Fray Check
- Ruler
- Fabric shears
- Straight pins
- Disappearing ink marker
